At qualitytoolshop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and components are included

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Custom toolkits or made-to-order products

Used or damaged tools due to improper handling

Gift cards or promotional items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@qualitytoolshop.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return (optional but helpful)
We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or equivalent solution.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will work quickly to correct the issue at no cost to you.
8. Return Address
Returns must be sent to the address provided in our return authorization email. Do not return items without prior approval.
